Dr Damani has previously served as Consultant and Head of the Department of Orthopaedics at Marwad Central Government Hospital, Daman, and is currently practising as a Consultant Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeon in New Delhi and Noida.

He has a strong academic and research background, with work focused on distal femoral fractures, minimally invasive spine surgery, adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, cervical facet cysts, and severe paediatric spinal deformities.
