Dr Bhaskar did his MBBS from Nilratan Sircar Medical College, Kolkata, MD Pathology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Subsequently, he did MD Paediatrics from J.N. Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University and went on to do his super specialization in neurology (DM Neurology) from the prestigious King George’s Medical University, Lucknow.
Dr Bhaskar has a special interest in Movement Disorders, Stroke, Epilepsy, Neuro infections, Demyelinating disorders, Neuromuscular disorders, Headache and Pediatric neurology
He has many publications to his credit in reputed national and international journals.
His is also having expertise in performing neurophysiological studies (Nerve conduction studies, EMG, VEP, BAER, video EEG), IV thrombolysis of acute ischemic stroke patients within the window period, in administering BOTOX injection to dystonia patients, in reporting of EEG, MRI films,
He is also specialized in running speciality clinics such as Stroke clinic, Epilepsy clinic, Neuro infection clinic, Demyelinating disorder clinic and Headache clinic.
