Dr. Shalini Garwin Bliss is an accomplished clinical dietitian and diabetes educator with over 17 years of hands-on experience in patient-centric nutritional care. Her expertise spans inpatient and outpatient counselling, critical care nutrition, therapeutic diet planning, and public health outreach. Currently serving as the Head of Dietitian at PSRI Hospital, she plays a pivotal role in managing diet therapy for a broad spectrum of conditions—from obesity and gastrointestinal disorders to diabetes and critical care patients.
She specialises in customising dietary interventions based on blood parameters and clinical diagnoses, and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure evidence-based nutritional support. Dr. Bliss is also instrumental in training healthcare staff, organising community health camps, and contributing educational content to various media platforms.
