He started working as DNB resident in LRS (NITRD) Hospital in 2011 and was involved in managing patients of respiratory diseases and tuberculosis. He had vast experience bronchoscopy and thoracoscopy. he is also performing ultrasound guided lung mass biopsies and FNAC, Ultrasound guided central venous catheter insertion and percutaneous tracheostomy and intercostals tube insertion & mangaring NIV ventilators & patients of ARDS, COPD and Pneumonia. He is also have interest in sleep disorders and reporting PSG with core critical care cases and managed cases of ARDS, Respiratory failure, Sepsis and MODS.
He was senior resident in the department of Pulmonary Medicine & Sleep Disorders in AIIMS (2015). he have been involved in the management of complicated cases of respiratory disorders & different modalities of treating ARDS patient and managed patients by prone positioning and ECMO. he is proficient in performing various bronchoscopic procedures such as bronchial aspirate, Endobronchial biopsy, TBNA & TBLB.
He also managed patients of Lung cancer by planning chemotherapy and RT. In interventional Pulmonology he is also have experiance in convex probe EBUS, Radial EBUS thoracoscopy and assist in rigid bronchoscopic procedures including airway stenting, cryoprobe lung biopsy and dilatation of tracheal stenosis.
He also have vast experience in performing and reporting of Pulmonary Function Tests, 6-Minute Walk Test and Cardio Pulmonary Exercise Tests, reporting and interpretation of Polysomnography.
